How do I get a paper copy of a statement?
All credit card customers are automatically opted in to receiving their statements digitally, they can be viewed and downloaded from the mobile app.
However, you can request a paper copy of a statement if needed, you’ll need to give us a call and we will arrange this for you.
Why have I received an annual statement when I closed my account?
If you’ve closed your account, you’ll still get an annual statement for the year it closed.
